It's Election Day and the world is watching. Everywhere we go people want to talk about it.
Loved our place to stay last night! Rainy day and very windy once we got to La Caridad tonight.
We joke that the fastest walker we have met is Johanas, so imagine our surprise when I turn around today to find him behind us with a nice girl Annie. I joked with the boys that a girl can slow you down:)
We were thrilled that all of us would end up at the same auberge tonight.

Leaving Luarca...
Funny story, a few days ago a car stopped us in the middle of nowhere, no houses no civilization around. It stopped and asked Jordi if he had seen a rally race anywhere near by. Jordi laughed and said he could assure them there was no rally race anywhere near where they were heading. So today leaving Luarca on the Camino is parked this car that stopped. I don't think anyone believed me but I knew without a doubt this was the car. Sure enough Jordi peaked in the car and there was a magazine with the rally information and date on it, what a coincidence...

This fella has one blue eye and one brown, he had this rock in his mouth that we were worried was stuck as he didn't drop it at all while we watched him. The owner assured Jordi that it wasn't stuck and he just liked carrying it around...
