Saint James!
A few wrong turns put us here infront of this precious church....and Saint James was there to greet us with a fresh water fountain....and a sign welcoming campers.

A memorial at the church honoring the men of the 6th airborne division who lost their lives in the hours before the D-Day beach invasion. This was an interesting education, this was a group that landed behind enemy lines hours before the beach invasion, these two planes were shot down right near this church.
This prepares us for the next day when we head to the American Cemetary in Normandy and Omaha Beach.
