GRANVILLE heading to Mont St. Michel

We left Omaha beach and the American Cemetary right after taps, I'm glad we decided to come back at five thirty for that. We spent the whole day there with the exception of about an hour and half.
Our next stop is Mont St. Michel and I let Reichen pick a good spot for us to batten down the hatches and rest. Using the map he picked Granville and it was the perfect spot for a salty dog like me.
There were beaches, fishing, restaurants, lots of activity...and signs leading to where car-caravans are welcome to stay the night. There were eight caravans there, a perfect park for the kids to play and a gorgeous common space with goats, a deer, swans and other animals in open spaces. We walked up to the light house and had an amazing time. This area reminded me of the West coast of Spain.
No rain till now.... Tonight we would have small sprinkles and a deluge once tucked into our hammocks. Our covers did their job and the sleep was the best yet!
...for those who might not know how to do it....we laughed...
... And we woke to this handsome fella , which seems to be a trend...
This is how we tuck ourselves in when it rains, it is dreamy!
Dog on the blog, if we understood his owner correctly, we think his name is Frosty...
