Kissing camels good bye and heading to the Atlas Mountains

We woke up so rested!!!
Steve and I in one tent, the boys in one tent and the girls in another.

Our chef was behind the scenes but couldn’t go without being thanked. I made my rounds tipping them. Adam would share I gave them what they probably earned for this trip and I was glad to know that. The food here in the desert was the best tasting food we have had. A few more pictures of camels to share.

Rashid was getting the camels ready, clearly the “ camel whisperer” and evidently my boy Bachbahhah was acting territorial. I don’t know if it was because I was there admiring them but he did start acting bossy. He three times made some sounds while the inner lining of his gums came out of his mouth and it sounded like intense bubbling sounds. It might have been his tongue but it was as if the whole inner part of his mouth on one side was protruding out of his mouth.

He seemed to be fed first, and given a better treatment but he bit Rashid. Rashid seemed on to really care and I wouldn’t have known had Adam not told me.

This was our morning...One day left and we are heading to the Atlas Mountains!!!!!! Desert to Mountains in one day, it sounds a little crazy!
