Two stories I wanted to share about yesterday. We took a wrong turn in a town, just a few feet... a nice guy came out of his house to redirect us. Jordi enthusiastically said,” I know you!”, he went on to share how he met this guy on the Norte, that they shared a dinner in a group. At the time, Jordi asked where the man was from, the man said, "...it's a small town you will never visit....." Jordi then produced a picture of the two or three hours they had spent one evening in a communal meal.
The other story was about two cyclists, one from Portugal & one from Japan. They met two years when the Portuguese guy was working as a police officer and while doing his job he stopped the Japanese guy to tell him he couldn’t bike in the road. Now here they are today arriving in Santiago together!!! Loved them!
We had a great dinner with Sous, Sandy and our gang that made it in yesterday. The night was complete with the girls playing in a labyrinth.
