This post comes to you long after we entered Santiago and finished our Camino Portuguese. I’m typing now after re- entering Santiago after doing the Camino Primitivo (beautiful) and staying with dear friends in Lugo!
I hope to catch up tonight...
We left off at the campsite in Caminah, the last Portuguese stop before taking a boat to Spain! The day would rain and hail and we decided to stay out at our comfortable campground. We sat in their common room by ourselves. It was actually pretty dreamy watching the rain outside and ordering food and drinks from the campground cafe. I stayed in my jammies all day!!!!!
Jordi, one of my dearest friends Jordi joins us in two days!!!! We, as a family met Jordi on our Norte Camino. We can not wait for him to join us!
