Day 43 Banca to St Etienne de Baigorry

We slept great! Woke at 11 I think!!!
You wouldn't know it at 3AM but we were at a busy cute tourist area and I could hear cars zooming down the road. In daylight there was a cute restaurant and many bikers out on the gorgeous hills. We would talk to several, all tourist just there on holiday.
I treated the kids to lunch at the restaurant which always puts them in a happy spirit and we headed down the road for about two hours, hugging the gorgeous River and saying if we were going to be lost this is where we wanted to be!!!!! It was beautiful!!!!
We had two choices, once we reached St Etienne Biagorry, take the road up to a town off the GR10 but it would give us miles under our belt heading North or stay put in town after two hours and do the mountains tomorrow. We learned to evaluate the mountain pass vs time. I deep down wanted to keep going on the road and get moving, Reichen wanted the mountains which meant to stop. I do put their desires over mine as this  is their Camino and was so happy I did!!!
We had an awesome day in St Etienne Biaggory.   It's the town our firefighters were dispatched from! We hit the grocery, stopped in the towns garden where an intense game of bocci was going on and met the owner of the small one room building where the bocci players could get one euro drinks. We socialized with the towns people, pulled out the names of our firefighters who they all knew and set up our hammocks there for a wonderful sleep!!!!

Anyone know what this is??
